Journal Application Conditions
Editors of journals who want to apply for inclusion in ULAKBIM Turkish Medical Database are required to send two printed and one electronic copies of issues of the current year and preceeding year, together with an application letter to the Committee at the address below, for evaluation. Electronic copy must be prepared according to the "Standard Electronic Format".
The journals applying to the database are evaluated by members of the ULAKBIM Turkish Medical Database Committee during the meetings of the Committee which are held at regular intervals. Editors are informed about the decision of the Committee in writing. In the case that the journal is accepted to the database, a Contract is signed with the editors.
New journals are reviewed and kept under examination for one year; and they are evaluated together with the issues of the following year.
